Your main tasks & responsibilities
- Planning of details of events and room reservation for up to 500 people, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up- and cross-selling.
- Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting customers on site.
- Carrying out site inspections.
- Handover of events to the operational departments.
- Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
- Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.
