Our client, originating in Switzerland and grew worldwide with their own collection of textiles, apparel, and product design, is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and flexible CRM Support (m/f/d) in their modern offices in Zurich\-City.

The ideal candidate must be available as soon as possible in a temporary assignment for the next 6 months. Depending on the performance, motivation, and attitude of the candidate there will be a high possibility for an extension or a permanent take over.

Description

Supports the setup and execution of email and CRM campaigns using Braze.

Prepares, uploads, and maintains campaign content within existing templates and processes

Assists with audience selection and campaign configuration following predefined guidelines

Manages links, landing page connections, and content updates for newsletters and customer communications

Coordinates and implements translated content for different markets

Performs content entry, formatting, and campaign preparation tasks

Conducts quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are accurate and error\-free before launch

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather and implement campaign requirements.

Maintains campaign documentation and supports process improvements where appropriate

Profile

Prior experience in digital marketing, CRM, campaign operations, or a comparable administrative support function.

Exposure to email marketing and CRM tools; experience with Braze is considered an advantage.

Experience working within an international business environment.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Previous involvement in the execution and support of email marketing campaigns.

Basic understanding of HTML email templates

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work

Ability to follow established processes and work independently

Good organizational and time\-management skills

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
