Responsibilities

As a Shop Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

Implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales.

Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Analyzing sales data and preparing regular performance reports for management.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
