Steward (W/M/X)

Responsibilities :

Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities

Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods

Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material

Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations

Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report

Requirements:

2-3 years work experience

Good knowledge of English, other languages is a plus

Patient, organized, and flexible

Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
