Assistant Housekeeping Manager

-Assist in managing, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to meet and exceed service standards.

-Track and report inventory usage, ensuring no shortages or overstocking occurs.

-Assist with planning and coordinating housekeeping schedules to optimize staff efficiency.

-Monitor and manage the daily work schedules for housekeepers and room attendants.

-Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of housekeeping equipment.

-Ensure that all guest requests related to housekeeping are addressed promptly and professionally.

-Communication with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.

-Handle special requests and VIP guest needs to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

-Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by the housekeeping team.
