IT Project Manager

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities ###

• Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets
• Drive business process improvements across key functional areas
• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
• Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
• Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

You bring that with You ###

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control
• High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments
• Very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a plus
