For one of our clients, we are looking for a Junior Accountant FR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Accounting department of the company and support the accounting team in the day\-to\-day.

Our client is a financial services company managing multiple entities and bank accounts.

Missions

Joining the Accounting department;

Recording accounting entries for various companies and bank accounts;

Processing bank transactions, intercompany operations, investment movements, foreign exchange revaluations, accruals, and prepayments;

Reviewing and controling supplier invoices and expenses;

Coordinating with Treasury for supplier payments;

Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations;

Assisting with quarterly funding requests and management accounts;

Supporting annual budgeting and year\-end closing activities;

Maintaining accounting, banking, and administrative records;

Performing ad hoc analyses and supporting additional finance\-related projects as required;

Reporting to the clients and the Management;

Participation to the day to day in the office.

Profil du candidat

Accounting qualification and/or knowledge of accounting principles, ideally IFRS;

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting function;

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly;

Fluent in French and English;

Reliable, rigorous, detail\-oriented, and organized;

Strong team player with a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
