We are recruiting a Legal Consultant to support an international organisation's legal team during a period of increased contractual activity. The successful candidate will review, draft and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements while working closely with senior legal stakeholders.

Our client is a well\-established international organisation with a global footprint and a strong public\-interest mission. Operating in a multicultural and collaborative environment, the organisation works with a wide range of stakeholders, suppliers and partners across multiple jurisdictions.

As part of an ongoing project, the legal team is seeking additional support to manage a significant volume of procurement and commercial contracts. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic legal department and contribute to meaningful international projects.

Description

Review, draft and negotiate a high volume of procurement\-related contracts.

Support the legal team with framework agreements, commercial agreements, call\-off arrangements and supplier contracts.

Identify legal risks and provide practical, business\-oriented recommendations.

Ensure contractual documentation aligns with organisational policies and compliance requirements.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations and legal teams.

Provide day\-to\-day legal support on commercial and contracting matters.

Assist with contract management and contribute to process improvement initiatives where required.

Profile

Qualified lawyer with approximately 3\-5 years of relevant legal experience.

Strong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts.

Previous exposure to procurement, sourcing, vendor management or supplier agreements would be highly advantageous.

Experience gained within an international organisation, multinational company or reputable law firm is preferred.

Excellent English drafting and communication skills are essential. Additional languages are considered an asset.

Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities within a fast\-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to legal issues.
