With a broad range of services—from shipowning, crew, nautical, and technical management to hospitality \& catering, safety \& security, ship financing, charter brokerage, insurance management, new\-build and refit support, and ship ICT—we support our clients in all areas of passenger inland waterway shipping.

Your responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365\.

Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency

Support hybrid cloud architectures and integrations between on\-premises and cloud platforms

Implement and maintain cloud security, including Conditional Access, Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Microsoft Defender solutions

Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and support compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Plan and deliver cloud migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects

Conduct security assessments and drive remediation activities to strengthen the organization's security posture

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of cloud services

Your profile:

Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft Intune

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls

A structured, accurate, and independent way of working

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a solution\-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences

A passion for cloud technologies and continuous learning

Fluency in English, a good knowledge of German is a plus

Advantageous:

Experience with the Microsoft Defender suite

Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Landing Zones

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)

Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI services, or other AI\-powered cloud technologies
