Description

Manage accounting processes for the EMEA region to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Overseeing key accounting operations across the region, including accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities.

Driving cash flow management through accurate cash forecasting, intercompany funding coordination, and robust payment control processes.

Ensuring effective payroll governance by managing payroll accounting, accruals, gross\-to\-net reconciliations, and compliance with local statutory requirements.

Partnering with third\-party providers, shared service centers, and local finance teams to deliver operational excellence and foster continuous process improvements.

Acting as the primary escalation point for complex accounting, operational, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.

Profile

A successful Interim Accounting Manager EMEA 100% should have:

Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, statutory reporting, and multinational consolidations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365\.

Deep understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.

Experience managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and shared\-service providers.

Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-growth international environment.

Fluent English communication skills.
