##### Your mission #####
- Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions - Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Reliability & Risk Analysis - Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Supplier & Process Quality - Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product Development & Compliance - Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing - Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.
##### Your profile #####
- Bachelor-s or master-s Degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field.
- An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industry would be an asset.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
- Strong command of Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
