The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually.

 

For our patient admission we are looking for a Receptionist Evening Shift 40% (m/f) immediately or by arrangement

Your Tasks ##

• Operation of the telephone switchboard (forwarding calls and providing information)
• Ensuring reception duties
• Taking over the evening shift on weekdays, weekends and public holidays (working hours between 16:30 and 22:00)
• Recording administrative patient data and maintaining master data
• Various general administrative tasks

Your Profile ##

• Completed vocational training with experience in telephony and reception
• Very good German skills. Spoken English skills are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed and confident appearance
• Flexible for holiday cover
