We are a small, agile team with a strong focus on practical solutions, fast service and personal customer support.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office \& Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and taking responsibility for a broad range of day\-to\-day activities.

Your Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and customer enquiries

Provide first\-level information on products and services

Identify customer needs and forward enquiries to the right person when required

Manage incoming emails and prioritize urgent requests

Prepare quotations and invoices

Support order processing and coordinate deliveries with suppliers

Keep customers informed about order status, availability and delivery

Maintain and update product and order information in Shopify

Support the day\-to\-day administration of the office and online shop

Curious and willing to learn about technical products

Flexible and comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial company

Able to stay focused, positive and effective during very busy periods and thrive in a fast\-paced high season

Positive, reliable and collaborative

Drivers Licence B

Ability to Navigate a new CRM / ERP / Book Keeping System

Climate \& Refrigeration \& Heating and or Online Shop experience would be off great value

Languages

German: fluent

English: good working knowledge

French: an advantage

Working Model

Our business is seasonal.

April to September

Higher workload, up to 100%

At least 3 days per week in the office in Pfäffikon SZ

October to March

Reduced workload

More flexibility for remote work
