Vidinext AG, currently located in Zug, is seeking a detail\-oriented, German\-speaking bookkeeper for a remote, part\-time engagement (20 hours/week).

The role takes over the financial administration of two Swiss\-incorporated, FSE\-listed media technology companies (holding and a local, operational subsidiary.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS requirements, processing invoices and payments, handling the payroll, supervising VAT compliance (including EU OSS obligations) and other statutory requirements, assisting in the year\-end closing preparation and operate as local contact to the Swiss auditors. and reporting to the CFO in Germany.

Familiarity with is intercompany transactions and listed company reporting obligations is an advantage. Fluency in German is essential; English working proficiency is required. Experience with the Abacus accounting software would be an advantage. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
