HR Specialist

Your tasks ###

• Support the HRBP in managing employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Independently manage HR processes such as employment contracts, contract amendments, absences, returns to work, transfers and terminations.
• Provide first-level HR advice to employees and managers on employment conditions, internal regulations, absences and contractual matters.
• Prepare contracts, employment letters, certificates and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, supporting the development of efficient tools, procedures and HR services.

Your profile ###

• Bachelor-s degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• An HR Specialist certification, such as the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, is considered a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or comparable role, with exposure to the main HR processes.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to manage HR cases with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organisational ability and a service-oriented approach.
• Fluent in Italian and good command in English.
