For our ward for supplementary insured and rehabilitation patients, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Health Specialist (80 - 100 %)

Your Challenge ##

• Professional care and support of our patients in close collaboration with the qualified nursing staff (tandem)
• Execution of medical and nursing technical tasks based on the hospital's guidelines and concepts
• Independent design of preventive and health-promoting measures
• Maintaining complete and accurate nursing documentation
• Handling tasks in administration, hospitality, and logistics
• Active participation and shared responsibility for nursing quality
• Opportunity to take charge of a patient group of 8-10 patients in rehabilitation under the guidance of a qualified nurse HF

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience preferably in acute care
• High social competence and strong empathy
• Flexibility and resilience in rapidly changing situations
• Interest in deepening and further developing professional knowledge
• Positive attitude and enjoyment in mentoring trainees and interns
• Good IT user skills
