Regional Team Lead Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland – Johnson & Johnson

We are seeking a Regional Team Lead tor our Electrophysiology division, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland.

Objectives of the Position:

• Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management
• Working closely with Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists
• Launching innovation across the region with the support of the New Technology Specialist
• Implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area
• Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships
• Implementing the company goals in the business area- Participating/leading conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international)
• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with other sales related functions
• Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management, employee development etc.) and communication

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and focus.
• Track record of achieving consistently quarterly and annual targets
• Strong initiative and execution, overcoming obstacles and balancing multiple priorities effectively
• Great connecting skills in order to build strong partnerships with physicians, nurses and hospitals non-clinical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the product and the industry & the necessary sales techniques

Qualifications:

• Excellent mastery of German mandatory
• High level educational background
• At least 4 years of experience in MedTech in Switzerland and experience in a sales position.
