In this role, you ensure stable day-to-day operations, manage operational incidents, and continuously improve internal logistics processes. Your focus is on ensuring operational reliability while driving process simplification, automation, and efficiency. YOUR CHALLENGE: Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures Improve and automate operational processes and workflows Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives YOUR SKILLS: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent coordination and communication skills Fluent in German and English At Sunrise, you-ll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
