The Corporate Finance M&A Advisory Team offers our clients financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.  

Our Financial Institutions vertical features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals, with a long track-record of completed deals and trained in investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams. The team is the leading advisor in this vertical in Switzerland.   

All new team members get to work on live mandates and have the opportunity to make a real contribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one. 

How you can make an impact 

• Develop and broaden your network as well as interact and work with C-suite clients and supporting business strategists on demanding projects domestically and cross-border 
• Strengthen your deal execution experience, from project management to financial analysis, preparation of transaction documents and client presentations 
• Be part of landmark transactions in the Swiss marketplace, providing buy- and sell-side M&A advisory services to our discerning clientele comprisingnearly all of the top FinancialInstitutions in Switzerland 
• Be part of a global network of financial services focused M&A specialists and work in a highly professional, diverseand also fun work environment 
• Mentor and train junior staff in developing financial and valuation models 

 

Who we are looking for 

• You are an open and curious person, you have both strong analytical and interpersonal skills and are a true teamplayer who collaborates and communicates well across all levels, inspiring internal and external teams 
• Deep understanding of the financial services sector in Switzerland or internationally, with 3-6 years of experience 
• Prior work experience in the execution of M&A transactions, gained at either an investment bank, a consultancy firm, in corporate development, in private equity / buy-side or another Big4 firm, showing that you cope well in a fast-paced and challenging environment thanks to your drive, reliability and ability to push forward with important tasks 
• Ability to work autonomously under the supervision of an Engagement Director, including development of financial models such as valuation models or operating models, preparation of information memoranda or management presentations, handling of day-to-day client communication.-Outstanding collaborator across all levels; ability to carry and convey a healthy sense of urgency; consistent and effective communicator. 
• Professional working proficiency in French and/or German, and English.
