• as a host/hostess with passion, you ensure that our inpatients feel well cared for and welcome during their stay
• through professional room and meal service, you actively contribute to a pleasant stay and the well-being of our patients
• by taking responsibility for order, cleanliness and material availability in the patient rooms and creating a well-kept and pleasant environment
• by implementing quality and hygiene standards, which are self-evident to you and with which you make an important contribution to the safety and satisfaction of our patients
• with an attentive eye, you ensure the functionality of the rooms and recognise the need for action early
• by supporting the in-house patient transport and the smooth running of daily hospital operations
• by working in rotating shifts between 07:00-15:45, 09:30-19:00 and at weekends from 07:00-19:00

You

• have experience in a service industry with professional, empathetic and customer-oriented interaction
• may already have experience in a hospital environment
• are a customer-oriented, committed and responsible person who is used to working independently and reliably
• are a team player with polished manners, enjoy teamwork and impress with your polished manners and confident appearance
• have very good German language skills (spoken and written)
• are familiar and confident in using notebooks and tablets (necessary)
• bring joy and enthusiasm to your work and practise your profession with commitment and passion
