Compliance Manager Monitoring-- Associate\\-Director As an Associate\\-Director in the Compliance department, you will be in charge of one of the Monitoring team. Reporting directly to the Head AML Transaction Monitoring\\- Vice\\-Director, you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management. \*\*Key responsibilities\*\* Operations management: \* Lead and manage the Compliance Monitoring team, including task coordination, performance management, and professional development of team members; \* Oversee compliance and AML reviews of crypto currency transfers, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of higher\\-risk transactions; \* Oversee compliance and AML reviews of cash, securities and crypto currency transfers made by Financial Institutions, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of higher\\-risk transactions; \* Supervise the handling of sanctions alerts, providing escalation and final validation as needed; \* Supervise the investigation on potentially suspicious clients; \* Drive the optimization of internal procedures, including drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and guidelines; \* Represent Compliance in key regulatory and strategic projects, ensuring the monitoring function is embedded in business initiatives; \* Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and front\\-line teams, offering clear and pragmatic compliance guidance.
