Manager Supply Chain Site Coordinator
Temporary position
Start : ASAP
Duration : 1 year
Your Mission :
Within the Supply Chain organization, you will coordinate supply and planning activities between the company and its external manufacturing partners (CMOs). You will serve as the key interface between planning teams, manufacturing partners, and support functions, ensuring product availability, supply continuity, and the achievement of customer service objectives. You will also contribute to the proactive identification and resolution of risks that may impact the supply chain.
Your Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Supply Chain activities with external manufacturing partners to ensure product availability and customer commitments are met.
- Manage the execution of purchase orders and monitor progress through to delivery.
- Ensure alignment between production capacity, demand forecasts, and market requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between planning, customer service, logistics, quality, procurement teams, and manufacturing partners.
- Monitor open orders, identify deviations, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage supply shortages, inventory allocations, and stock\-out risks to minimize business impact.
- Coordinate activities related to regulatory, logistics, or packaging changes that may affect supply continuity.
- Assess the impact of quality events or supply chain disruptions and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
- Support forecasting activities and contribute to medium\- and long\-term planning with manufacturing partners.
- Analyze Supply Chain performance indicators and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to cross\-functional projects aimed at optimizing operations and overall supply chain performance.
Your Profile :
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac\+5\) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, and customer service processes.
- Solid understanding of MPS, MRP, forecasting processes, and their impact on manufacturing operations.
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners and within international environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as reporting and data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and cultures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
- Fluent English required; French and/or German would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%.
