Due to the upcoming retirement of our current department manager in the near future, we are looking for an organised, technical, and motivated personality as part of a succession plan.

Responsibilities

• Efficient production of demanding blow & injection blow moulded parts with approx. 40 employees / 3-shift system
• Management of the Blow Moulding / Injection Blow Moulding department (including planning and organisation)
• Ensuring the production schedule, organising shift work and setup tasks
• Cooperative leadership, qualification and training of employees (GMP)
• Execution of repair, maintenance & servicing work including spare parts procurement
• Ensures flawless production operation with corresponding quality & order (5-S)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (plastic technologist EFZ, or comparable training advantageous)
• Several years of professional experience in staff management in the technical field
• High social competence with appropriate assertiveness
• Careful handling of technical equipment, independent and reliable working
• Well organised and possess the necessary IT knowledge on the PC (MS Office)
• Flexible, proactive, team-oriented, resilient, open and very well organised
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
