Commis de Rang - Hotel Valrose, Rougemont

As a Commis de Rang, you play an important role in supporting the service team and ensuring that our guests enjoy a warm, professional and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain the restaurant, dining areas and service stations
• Assist the Chef de Rang throughout service operations
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with the hotel's standards
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation and proper setup of all service areas
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guests’ requests
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service

Your Profile :

You are friendly, reliable and professionally presented, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. You enjoy working as part of a team, remain attentive to detail and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in restaurant service is an asset, and knowledge of French and/or English is highly appreciated.
