Teamleader - Process Engineering 80-100% Full-time, Part-time possible Permanent **Team** Research \& Development **Level** Professionals **Location** Stäfa, Switzerland You lead and develop the process engineering team responsible for scalable module assembly processes. This role combines team leadership and hands-on process engineering, from defining robust processes and ensuring manufacturability to supporting industrialization, production transfer and ramp-up. * Lead and develop a team of process engineers for module assembly processes * Drive industrialization, production transfer, ramp-up and continuous improvement * Partner with contract manufacturers to establish, optimize and scale manufacturing processes * Develop process flows, conduct Process-FMEAs and drive process qualification and release

**What you bring along**
* Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field * Fluent English knowledge with proficient German skills * Experience in process engineering and working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers * The ability to lead teams, navigate complexity and communicate effectively across functions
