Your Mission
· Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions – Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
· Reliability and Risk Analysis – Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies
· Supplier and Process Quality – Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
· Product Development & Compliance – Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards
· Training & Knowledge Sharing – Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field
- An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industry would be an asset
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards
- Strong command of Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
