To complement our team, we are looking for you as a Co-Team Leader immediately or by arrangement.

For a residential group with residents aged between 19 and 57 years, you will commit yourself as a responsible personality with great dedication to the needs of the people entrusted to us.

The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers more than 50 employees with support needs accompanied workplaces. We are a recognised, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents.
