Assistant, IV Services Assistant (80% - 100%)

Together with your approximately 13 colleagues, you are responsible for all assistance tasks in our IV office. For many of our clients, you are the first impression: by phone and in writing. On the phone, you answer initial questions or forward them to the responsible specialist. In addition to telephone customer contact, you handle a variety of administrative tasks: you independently check incoming registrations, initiate initial processing steps, and create simple correspondence. One thing is certain, your job is demanding and the pace is fast. However, you do not let your counterpart feel this, as you are a service professional.

You have a commercial education and already have professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a varied position in a secretariat. Your qualifications go beyond the purely technical. You are an organisational talent and enjoy customer contact as well as administrative tasks. You are service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working in a team.
