Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Relations – UAE & GCC Finance | Institutional Partnerships | Cross-Border Development

The Position:

This is a senior position focused on strategic relationships at the intersection of finance, investment, philanthropy and international cooperation.

Working directly with our Board, you will:

• develop our UAE/GCC partnership strategy
• build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior institutional decision-makers
• engage governmental and semi-governmental institutions, family offices, foundations, institutional investors and corporations
• identify strategic partnership, sponsorship and institutional funding opportunities
• initiate Switzerland/DACH–UAE/GCC cross-border cooperation
• support the international development of our DACH Campus for Rare Diseases
• advise our Board on the institutional, financial and cultural environment of the UAE/GCC, Reporting directly to the Board.

Your Profile:

• senior experience in strategic partnerships, finance, investment, institutional relations or international business development
• demonstrated professional experience in the UAE/GCC
• proven experience with C-level and senior institutional stakeholders
• experience with investors, financial organisations, family offices, foundations, corporations or government-related stakeholders
• university degree or comparable qualification
• excellent English

Particularly valuable:

Arabic proficiency, deep UAE/GCC institutional knowledge, experience with family offices, finance, investment, sovereign-related or philanthropic environments, and an established professional network in the region.

Healthcare experience is welcome but not a prerequisite. The core requirement is the ability to build senior-level institutional partnerships between Switzerland/DACH and the UAE/GCC.
