To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Event Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 100%

Your main tasks:

Technical planning, organisation and scheduling including creating CAD plans

Preparation of offers and concepts

Leading project teams on site, active assistance with setup and dismantling

Operating technical equipment during events

Direct contact person for our clients

What you bring:

Completed training as an Event Specialist EFZ

Several years of professional experience, leadership experience an advantage

CAD knowledge (Vectorworks)

Reliable, independent and solution-oriented approach

Willingness to work irregular hours

Driving licence category B and BE

Very good German language skills
