The Swiss Centre for the Visually Impaired in the Professional Environment with locations in Basel (SIBU) and Lausanne (SRIHV) is part of Erlenhof | Foundation. People with visual impairments learn at SIBU and SRIHV to use individually tailored aids efficiently as a key to every professional perspective. Our clients are the cantonal IV offices.

For our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a:

Head of Finance 80% - 100% (m/f/d) #

Your area of responsibility:

• As Head of Finance, you lead a small team of 3 employees
• You are a member of the SIBU - SRIHV management team and regularly liaise with the management of SIBU - SRIHV, the CFO, and the Head of Services of Erlenhof | Foundation
• You are responsible for managing the finance and accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and are the contact person for the ICS (SIBU - SRIHV)
• You prepare the monthly and annual financial statements for consolidation by Erlenhof | Foundation
• You oversee invoicing, dunning, and payment transactions and manage the subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, inventory accounting, payroll accounting)
• You prepare the VAT returns
• In your role, you are also the contact person for infrastructure matters - mainly taking on a coordinating role
• We also gladly rely on your collaboration and expertise in developing concepts, working groups, and projects

Your profile:

• Qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ, as well as further training in finance (e.g. Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting or similar, further training with a focus on finance)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in preparing financial statements (Swiss GAAP FER advantageous)
• Very good IT user skills, especially Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to recognise interrelationships
• Independent and precise working style
