Accounts Receivable Clerk #

Administration | Kriens | 80% - 90% | from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement ##

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts receivable including debt collection
• Processing of petty cash
• Managing donation accounts and acknowledgements
• Deputising for accounts payable and asset accounting as well as VAT returns
• Assisting with quarterly and annual closing tasks
• Assisting with budgeting and area-specific projects
• Supporting apprentices in the finance department

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Experience in accounting (accounts receivable experience advantageous)
• Training as an accounting clerk advantageous
• Experience with Abacus advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
• Team-oriented, responsible and service-minded personality with an independent working style
