This position is located within the Analytical Development for Synthetic Molecules department, where cutting\-edge techniques such as High\-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas/ Chromatography (GC/IC), and Mass Spectrometry (MS) are used to develop efficient and robust analytical methods. The goal is to ensure product release for clinical trials and subsequent commercial supply through a rigorous control strategy. The Perfect Candidate The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification in natural sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, combined with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They bring proven expertise in instrumental analytics\-such as HPLC, GC, KF, and MS\-as well as solid experience in method development. Operating with strong quality awareness and exceptional attention to detail, they excel in precise scientific writing. A proactive, independent mindset along with fluent and good English skills round out the profile.

Tasks \& Responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of robust analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, LCMS, GC\-MS, KF) for the quality assessment of starting materials, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
• Planning and meticulous execution of experiments, including reaction monitoring and method development.
• Close collaboration with process development and cross\-functional partners to coordinate analytical activities and sample management.
• Close cooperation with the QC (Quality Control) unit to ensure a smooth transfer of the developed analytical methods.
• Creation of high\-quality documentation, including analytical procedures and reports that serve as the foundation for method validations and regulatory filings.
• Application of an innovative mindset and digital tools for continuous improvement of analytical workflows in a dynamic environment.

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training in natural sciences (Laboratory Technician) or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with at least 2\-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid practical experience with analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, MS) as well as strong expertise in method development.
• Strong scientific writing skills and the ability to summarize and present results of complex experiments precisely.
• High quality awareness and uncompromising attention to detail, including work within a non\-GMP development environment.
• Proactive, self\-motivated work style and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes in a dynamic team environment.
• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written) and is beneficial.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GxP requirements and method validation is an advantage.
