Location: Kaiseraugst

Contract duration: 12 months

Home office: 2 days a week

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure global market supply to third party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost.
• Partner with different interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging
• Continuously improve the cost-to-serve-model (incl. KPI metrics).
• Leverage data for decision making by using e.g. analytics, simulation tools and customer insights
• Drive efficiency through identifying value-adding and productivity-enhancing opportunities through technology and data.
• Collaborate with different functions in the markets to understand the changes which may impact supply to the country and align with planning functions to adjust the Replenishment Plan.
• Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up (incl. e.g. master data).

 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor-s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent specialized training).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiar with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
