Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet-s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. 

By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.

Your role ##

\-    Execute and book transactions such as subscriptions and transfers orders for PE Funds and Private Placements.

\-    Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.

\-    Support and liaise with internal clients daily.

\-    Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.

\-    Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.

\-    Participate in UATs and projects.

Your profile ##

\-    University degree (Bachelor-s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.

\-    Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.

\-    Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.

\-    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

\-    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

\-    Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

\-    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

\-    Interest in automation and new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low code, etc.) is a valued asset.

\-    Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
