Our Consulting practice supports leading organizations across Switzerland and internationally in unlocking value from Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. We help clients define their Data & AI strategies, establish governance and operating models, develop data products, and deliver transformation programs that create measurable business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

You will help organizations define and execute Data & AI transformation strategies, from vision and roadmap development through to implementation and value realization.

You will lead large-scale data, analytics and AI programs, coordinating business, technology and executive stakeholders across complex environments.

You will advise clients on topics such as data strategy, data governance, data products, AI operating models, GenAI governance and organizational transformation.

You will facilitate executive workshops, drive stakeholder alignment and help clients make investment and prioritization decisions.

You will work across a variety of industries, including Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services and the Public Sector.

You will coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, helping them grow their delivery, leadership and client management capabilities.

You will contribute to business development activities, proposal development and the creation of innovative market offerings.

You will support the continued growth of our AI & Data practice and help shape its future direction.

What we look for

You hold a Master's degree, MBA or equivalent qualification.

You have 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics or AI-related initiatives.

You have experience leading cross-functional transformation programs involving business, technology, data and executive stakeholders.

You bring expertise in most of the following areas:

Data & AI Strategy

Data Governance and Operating Models

Data Products and Data Monetization

Portfolio and Program Management

GenAI and Responsible AI Governance

Value Realization and Benefits Tracking

Change Management and Business Adoption

You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable interacting with senior client leadership.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy identifying client opportunities and building trusted relationships.

Multi-year experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products or other highly regulated industries is a must.

Business fluent English is required
