For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Junior Mandate Manager 100% in Zurich.

Your Challenge ##

• Taking over partial mandates as a development field
• Support with implementations and new mandates
• Support of mandate management in operational, administrative and commercial matters
• Control and monitoring of defined services (Service Levels)
• Coordination of team leaders, site managers and suppliers
• Coordination and organisation of project management tasks
• Support with budget, quotation, reporting and controlling tasks
• Preparation and participation in customer meetings as well as creation of monthly reports
• Maintenance of operational documentation and processing of tasks in the CAFM system
• Communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and supervision of third-party companies
• Participation in process improvements and projects
• Gradual assumption of customer and mandate responsibility

Your Profile ##

• Completed studies (FH/HF) in Facility Management or comparable education
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• High commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
• Analytical and networked thinking
• Organisational talent and coordination skills
• Loyalty, discretion and reliability
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/CAFM knowledge advantageous
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Motivation to develop towards mandate manager
