As part of our QC Physical Analytics team, you will take ownership of analytical testing, laboratory equipment, and the continuous improvement of our processes. What you will do: Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses in compliance with cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures. Ensure the timely and GMP-compliant execution of assigned testing activities. Take responsibility for designated laboratory equipment, including calibration, qualification, and associated documentation. Support troubleshooting activities, deviation investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions. Actively contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory processes, analytical methods, and workflows. Support the onboarding and training of new team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in the on-call duty rota as scheduled. What we are looking for: Completed apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable scientific discipline. Initial or several years of experience in Quality Control, ideally within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment. Experience with physical and physico-chemical analytical techniques, such as: pH measurements Karl Fischer titration UV spectroscopy for protein concentration determination Osmolality and conductivity measurements Strong quality mindset and understanding of GMP and compliance requirements. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Good command of English and basic German skills.
