Our client is an innovative, global high\-tech company headquartered in Switzerland.

On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced candidate for a long\-term position, to start immediately or by agreement.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, synthesis and characterization of novel photoactive molecules that enable high\-performance materials used in cutting\-edge display applications such as LCD, OLED, AR/VR,...
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, purity, scalability, and sustainability.
• Perform laboratory experiments independently while maintaining accurate documentation
• Characterize synthesized materials using analytical methods such as NMR,HPLC,UV\-Vis spectroscopy, DSC and other thermal analysis techniques
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Team, formulation and application teams to evaluate Newly synthesized performance in display\-related systems.
• Support scale\-up activities and technology transfer to process development teams when required.
• Conduct literature and patent searches to identify emerging technologies and competitive developments.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in synthetic/preparative chemistry, preferably in an industrial R\&D environment.
• Sound knowledge of chemistry and chemical technologies, with experience in the synthesis and characterization of organic or functional materials.
• Hands\-on experience with analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, HPLC, UV\-Vis, DSC) and the interpretation of analytical data.
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and communicate scientific results effectively.
• Self\-driven team player with strong analytical thinking, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent command of English and German.
