Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We provide services in the field of social and professional integration and are looking for a Team Leader (80%) starting 01.12.2026 (or by arrangement). The acquisition office secures individual placement opportunities for various labour integration programmes and conducts initial interviews and coaching sessions.

What to expect with us ##

• Personnel management of a team (4-6 employees)
• Strategic and operational leadership and development of the office in collaboration with the department management
• Responsibility for implementation, quality assurance and forward planning
• Coaching of participants (individual and group)

Your profile ##

• Experience in leadership and project management
• Coaching qualification
• Experience in the private sector and labour integration is an advantage
• Independent working style, high quality awareness
• Flexibility, organisational talent, sociability
• Structured working
• Good IT and AI knowledge
