(all). In this strategic role, you will lead the Optimization &Troubleshooting Laboratory and play a key part in technology transfer, process development, manufacturingsupport, and continuous improvement initiatives within our Technical Operations organization.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of laboratory professionals while promoting a culture of safety, quality,accountability, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate laboratory activities supporting technology transfers, process familiarization, scale-up, andnew product introductions.

Ensure manufacturing readiness through process optimization and generation of critical processknowledge.

Provide scientific and technical expertise to manufacturing operations and support strategic productintroductions.

Lead troubleshooting investigations related to process deviations, yield losses, quality events, andmanufacturing challenges.

Drive root cause analyses (RCA), risk assessments, FMEAs, and corrective action implementation.

Promote technical excellence by identifying innovative technologies, industry best practices, anddigitalization opportunities.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, quality requirements, and corporate procedures while maintaininghigh-quality technical documentation.

Your Profile

PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing support, technology transfer, orindustrial chemistry.

Proven leadership experience in a laboratory, technical, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment.

Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process optimization.

Solid understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Experience in peptide manufacturing, LPPS and/or SPPS is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English and French (minimum C1); German is an advantage.
