We can offer you the following tasks ##

• Process spare parts enquiries, including supplier enquiries, customer quotations, and purchase orders.
• Prepare quotations for spare parts, workshop services, and onboard services in compliance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and freight companies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and engine components.
• Manage spare parts and engine component orders throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Everllence Product Headquarters on order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and control delivery dates for customer sales orders.
• Analyze sales activities and customer enquiries and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and related documentation.
• Support customers by responding to enquiries and providing order-related updates.
• Visit customers within the assigned sales region when required to strengthen relationships and support business objectives.

You can help us with these qualifications ##

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in spare parts sales or a related technical sales environment.
• Good understanding of engines and engine components.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and related sales/order management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working within the marine, power, or heavy engineering industry.
• Experience coordinating international spare parts logistics and freight activities.
• Knowledge of PrimeServ Shop or similar service management systems.
