The Wellnesshotel Schweizerhof** is one of the leading first-class hotels in Saas-Fee with the following capacities: 40 comfort rooms and 8 suites (90 beds), 120 seats in the Hofsaal restaurant, 40 seats in the lounge and bar. It is centrally located yet quiet with a fantastic view of the Allalinhorn. A wine cellar with fine Valais wines, exquisite evening menus and specialties in the Hofsaal restaurant as well as a 1000 sqm spa with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna area and fitness room for relaxation complete the offer.

• Your tasks

• Check-in & Check-out - You ensure a smooth process and warmly welcome our guests

• Personal care and advice - You are the contact person for our guests throughout their entire stay

• Independent shift management - You take responsibility and make decisions independently

• Various administrative tasks - from email correspondence to data maintenance

• Cross-departmental coordination & communication - close cooperation with housekeeping, service and spa

• Processing reservations via all common channels

• Daily closings & checking the accounts of all departments

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality is an advantage

• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus but not a requirement

• Very good language skills:

o German: native speaker or very good knowledge in spoken and written form

o English: good communication skills in spoken and written form

o French or other languages are an advantage

• Sense of responsibility & initiative - you are proactive, think ahead and are solution-oriented

• Enthusiasm & team spirit - you enjoy working with people and are a genuine host

• Organisational talent & resilience - you keep an overview even in stressful situations
