Packaging Engineer 80-100%

For our site in Yverdon-les-Bains or in Muntelier, we are looking for a Packaging Engineer 80–100%.

What we are looking for:

• You design and develop sterile packaging solutions for medical devices, including blister and pouch systems, ensuring optimal product protection, functionality, and patient safety

• You are responsible for packaging validation, including seal integrity, shelf-life studies, and sterilization-related requirements

• You manage packaging development projects from concept through industrialization, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams

• You act as a technical point of contact for our customers, providing packaging expertise and building long-term, trust-based partnerships

What makes you a great fit :

• Degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

• Proven experience in sterile packaging design and validation, ideally within the medical device industry

• Strong project management skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach

• knowledge of relevant packaging and sterilization standards, including EN ISO 11607, EN ISO 11135, EN ISO 11137, and EN ISO 11737

• Fluent in French and English; is a plus
