Together with our partners, you will develop a modern, data-driven business development system. You will create structures, processes and decision-making foundations that enable sustainable growth and further strengthen our market position.* You develop, implement and optimise scalable business development processes for the entire firm.* You support and advise our partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and client development initiatives.* You establish and further develop reporting and analytics structures to make business development activities transparent and support well-founded decisions.* You analyse data, identify patterns and derive concrete recommendations for action as well as growth opportunities.* You work closely with Partners, top management and internal stakeholders across all locations.* You promote the use of our CRM system and help ensure that data can be used optimally as a strategic basis for decision-making.* You support the development and implementation of business development strategies at firm and practice group level.Your profile* You have several years of experience, at least five years, in business development within professional services companies, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm or audit firm.* You are very familiar with selling advisory and knowledge-based services.* Building and further developing processes, systems and business development structures is one of your strengths.* You naturally use data, KPIs and reports as a basis for sound decisions.* You are confident using Excel; ideally, you also have experience with BI solutions and CRM systems.* You enjoy engaging with partners and other stakeholders at different levels.* You work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-oriented mindset.* You have excellent German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage.* You enjoy regular assignments at our locations in Switzerland.Why us?* A young, ambitious and diverse team* Varied responsibilities in a highly dynamic environment* Hybrid working model, including home office* Collegial and appreciative working environment with flat hierarchies* Exciting insights into the work of a commercial law firm* Travel to our six locations in all language regions of Switzerland* Probably the only law firm that lists humour among its corporate valuesj4id10417494a j4it0940a j4iy26a
