Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management \& Growth: Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with UHNW clients and family offices within the Russian and Ukrainian diaspora
• Cross\-Border Structuring: Provide sophisticated wealth planning, asset protection, and multi\-jurisdictional legacy solutions tailored to complex international client needs
• Open Architecture Advice: Leverage the bank's full open\-architecture platform, including direct access to private markets, bespoke investment solutions, and Swiss booking capabilities
• Compliance \& Governance: Ensure all client activities comply with Swiss banking regulations and international cross\-border frameworks

Your Profile

• Proven Track Record \& Portable Book: Minimum 10\-15 years of experience as a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager with a strong, transferable UHNW client book / business case (specifically focused on Russian and/or Ukrainian clients)
• Cross\-Border Expertise: In\-depth knowledge of multi\-jurisdictional wealth structuring, asset protection, and international compliance standards
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in an autonomous, outcome\-driven setting with high personal accountability
• Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Russian and English
