An exciting internship awaits you immediately or by arrangement in the Legal Service of the Department of School and Sport. The position is initially fixed-term for 9 - 12 months. 

Your tasks ##

• Conducting internal and external administrative legal appeal procedures within the jurisdiction of the school board, including drafting decisions and preparing submissions to the competent appellate authority
• Legal clarifications in administrative law, especially school law and employment law

Your profile ##

• Completed law degree (MLaw)
• Very good command of German
• Strong service orientation, independence, high resilience, and precise working style
