Regional Category Manager - CMO Europe

Responsibilities:- Responsible for sourcing of materials and supplier management to ensure requirements for quality, reliability, cost and delivery- Accountable for sourcing process in assigned site/region/category and aligning procurement strategies with those of the customer site/commercial business- May support an assigned category or multiple categories as part of a global or regional category team- Evaluates suppliers, creates and maintains contracts, negotiates pricing and builds relationships with vendors- Partners with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance - Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of serviceQualifications:- Bachelor degree in business or technical discipline relevant to CSL products- 7+ years' procurement/supply management experience- Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred - Demonstrated success negotiating complex supply agreementsDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
