Our Ricola sweets accompany people all over the world - and with your work, you contribute to ensuring they can rely on our trusted quality. In our production facility in Laufen, you will oversee the manufacture of our hard caramels from cooking to shaping.

Your mission:

• Production of our hard caramels according to the production schedule - from cooking to shaping
• Operation and monitoring of the cooking and embossing machines as well as the associated equipment and tools
• Conducting in-process controls using SAP and GMP-compliant documentation of the required process steps
• Ensuring our high quality standards as well as compliance with product safety requirements (e.g. IFS, FDA, GMP), hygiene and occupational safety
• Careful maintenance of the equipment and ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area according to the 5S principles
• Early reporting of malfunctions and unusual occurrences
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our processes so that together we achieve our production goals and handle our raw materials carefully

For this, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a food technologist or a comparable qualification in the food sector
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment and a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in working with production equipment
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management (e.g. 5S and KVP) and enthusiasm for questioning processes and improving them together as a team
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good PC user skills; SAP experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays
• Ability to reliably reach the workplace early in the morning without public transport
