Tasks ##

• Provide support in various situations, including street and home visits.
• Conduct patrols to assist vulnerable individuals in public spaces.
• Manage operational material and participate in non-operational times.

Skills ##

• Must have a nursing diploma and at least 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the socio-sanitary network and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle complex and emergency situations effectively.

Your main missions will be as follows : ##

• Ensure a paired intervention in bio-psycho-social situations (in the street, at home or in an institution) at the request of the CTMG, 144 or upon solicitation of external partners, integrating the concepts of health promotion and prevention

• Conduct paired patrols with vulnerable people in the street 

*

• Participate in non-operational EMUS time 

*

• Ensure the follow-up of operational equipment

Your assets : ##

*

• Nursing diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the profession

*

• Knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network and/or the low-threshold network 

*

• Experience working in an interprofessional manner 

*

• Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally in a spirit of mutual aid and collaboration 

*

• Ability to manage complex, conflictual and emergency situations 

*

• Good analysis and synthesis of situations allowing appropriate decision-making 

*

• Ability to relate to others and create a climate of trust
